Income Certificate Form UP
An Income Certificate is a document issued by an authority under the State Government that certifies the annual income of a person or his / her family from all sources earned in a year. Income certificates are usually issued by the Revenue Department or the Tehsil office in Uttar Pradesh.
- Obtain the application form for the income certificate. You can usually get this form from the concerned office or download it from the official website of the Revenue Department of Uttar Pradesh.
- Fill out the application form with accurate details. Make sure to provide all the required information such as your details, income details, the purpose of the certificate, etc.
- Along with the filled application form, you will need to attach supporting documents such as proof of identity (Aadhar card, Voter ID, etc.), proof of residence, salary slips, or any other documents related to income.
- Once the form is filled and all necessary documents are attached, submit the application form to the designated authority at the Tehsil office or Revenue Department office.
