RTO Form 25 for Renewal for RC
RTO form 25 for Renewal of Certificate of Registration of a Motor Vehicle, other than a Transport Vehicle. Every registration certificate is required to be renewed not more than 60 days before the date of the expiry of the registration for its continuous use.
How to Fill Form 25 RTO
- If the original Registration Certificate (RC) of a vehicle is lost, stolen, or destroyed, Form 25 is used to inform the RTO about it.
- Form 25 can be used to apply for a duplicate RC in case the original RC is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- If the address mentioned in the RC needs to be changed, Form 25 can be used for intimating the RTO about the change.
- You can download Form 25 from the official website of the concerned RTO or get it from the RTO office directly.
- Fill in all the required details accurately. The form usually requires details such as vehicle registration number, owner’s details, reason for application (loss of RC, change of address, etc.), and details related to the specific purpose of the application (if any).
