Form 17B Election for List of Tendered Votes
If a person presents himself at the polling station and seeks to vote and the Presiding Officer (PO) finds that another person has already voted as such elector. In such a case, the voter will be given the tender vote.
If the PO is satisfied with the identity of the elector by asking such questions relating to his identity and presenting the documents proving his identity.
Po Shall allow the elector concerned to vote using a tendered ballot paper but not through the voting machine. PO shall prepare the list of such tendered ballot papers in form 17B.
