- Annuity for life with Return of Capital (ROC): Submit Life Certificate once every 5 years to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for Life: Submit Life Certificate every year to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for 5 Years certain & Life thereafter: Submit Life Certificate after 5 years, then every year to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for 10 Years certain & Life thereafter: Submit Life Certificate after 10 years, then every year to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for 15 Years certain & Life thereafter: Submit Life Certificate after 15 years, then every year to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for 20 Years certain & Life thereafter: Submit Life Certificate after 20 years, then every year to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for Life with a provision for 100% of the annuity payable to the spouse on the death of the annuitant: Submit Life Certificate every year to the LIC Office.
- Annuity for Life with a provision for 100% of the annuity payable to the spouse on the death of the annuitant with return of Capital (ROC) purchase price on death of the last annuitant: Submit Life Certificate once every 5 years to the LIC Office.
