Gujarat RTO TTO Form 29, 30
Form 29 is used for notifying the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle. It is required when a vehicle owner sells their vehicle to another person. Whereas Form 30 is used as an application for intimation of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle. It is used to notify the RTO of the sale of a vehicle and to request the transfer of ownership to the buyer.
How to Fill Gujarat RTO TTO Form 29, 30
- Details of the seller (Transferor): Name, address, contact information.
- Details of the buyer (Transferee): Name, address, contact information.
- Vehicle details: Registration number, make, model, chassis number, engine number, etc.
- Details of the sale transaction: Sale price, date of sale, mode of payment, etc.
- Signatures of both the seller and the buyer.
- Along with these forms, other documents such as vehicle registration certificate (RC), insurance documents, pollution under control (PUC) certificate, and proof of address and identity are also required for the ownership transfer process.
