SBI Cash Withdrawal Slip
The State Bank of India (SBI) provides a cash withdrawal slip to its customers for making cash withdrawals from their accounts. This slip is a convenient way to withdraw money from your SBI account at a branch counter.
How to Fill UP SBI Withdrawal Form
- Enter the name and address of the SBI branch where you are making the withdrawal.
- Write the current date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
- Fill in your SBI account number from which you wish to withdraw funds.
- Write your full name as it appears on your account.
- Specify the amount you want to withdraw both in words and numbers. For example, if you are withdrawing ₹10,000, write “Ten Thousand Only” in words and “10,000” in numbers.
- Sign in the designated space. Ensure that your signature matches the one on file with the bank.
- (If applicable) Indicate the denominations of currency notes you prefer (e.g., ₹1000 x 5, ₹500 x 10).
