SBI Account Transfer Form

How to Fill Out the SBI Account Transfer Form
- Account Holder’s Details:
- Name of the account holder(s)
- Account number
- Address and contact details
- Signature(s) of the account holder(s)
- Details of Current Branch: Name and code of the existing branch where the account is currently held.
- Details of New Branch: Name and code of the branch to which the account is to be transferred.
- Reason for Transfer: The form may ask for the reason for transferring the account, though this is typically optional.
- Account Information: Details of all linked accounts, such as savings, current, or fixed deposit accounts, along with any other facilities like loans or overdrafts.
- Declaration: A section where the account holder declares their request for the transfer of the account to the new branch and agrees to any terms and conditions.
- For Bank Use: Sections filled out by the bank officials, including acknowledgment of the transfer request and the details of the transfer process.
