Another program is called “Karma Sathi Parijayee Shramik” (KSPS). It was started in West Bengal to help young people learn new skills, find jobs, and even start their own small businesses. Karma Sathi Parijayee Shramik Scheme Objective
- Skill Development: KSPS aimed to equip the youth with relevant skills through training programs across various sectors, making them job-ready and enhancing their employability.
- Employment Generation: The program sought to facilitate job placement for trained candidates and connect them with prospective employers, both in the public and private sectors.
- Entrepreneurship Promotion: KSPS encouraged entrepreneurship by providing financial support and guidance to aspiring young entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of innovation and self-employment.

Porijayi Shramik Form – Procedure
- The applicant himself/herself (or his/her relatives, if the migrant worker is currently residing at his/her workplace) needs to attend the DUARE SARKAR Camp along with the requisite documents mentioned above to avail of the benefits/ services.
- The Registering Authority will physically verify the sanctity of each application.
- Service will be delivered to the eligible applicant.
