PNB Linking Aadhar Number With Bank Account (NPCI Mapping) Form
This is an application form for receiving Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) provided by various Government schemes. You can receive this form from the PNB nearest branch or download it from the link given below. To link your Aadhar number with your PNB (Punjab National Bank) bank account, you need to fill out a form provided by the bank or it can be downloaded from the link given below.
Process flow of Aadhaar seeding (NPCI Form)
- Customer to visit the bank branch where he/she is holding an account and submit the duly filled consent form – Annexure I
- The bank officials after verifying the details and documents provided (as may be required) and authenticity of the customer based on the signature will accept Aadhaar seeding consent form and provide an acknowledgment to the customer.
- The branch will then link the Aadhaar number to the customer’s account and also in NPCI mapper.
- Once this activity is completed and the Aadhaar number will reflect in NPCI mapper.
NPCI mapper is a repository of Aadhaar numbers linked with a particular bank and used for the purpose of routing the Aadhaar based payment transactions to the destination banks. The NPCI mapper contains Aadhaar number along with IIN (Issuer Identification Number) of the bank that has seeded the Aadhaar number.
