How to Fill the MGNREGA Job Card Application Form
- The form can be obtained from the Gram Panchayat office or can be downloaded from the official MGNREGA website.
- Fill in the basic information like – Name of the Applicant, Father’s Name, Age & Gender, Category, etc.
- Fill in your complete residential address, including the village, post office, block, and district and Provide your phone number or any other contact details.
- List the names of all adult members of the household who are willing to work, along with their age and gender.
- The applicant needs to sign or put their thumb impression on the form.
- Submit the completed application form to the Gram Panchayat office.
Required Documents for Nrega Job Card Form
- Identity Proof: Attach a photocopy of any identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar card, Voter ID, etc.).
- Photograph: Paste a recent passport-sized photograph in the designated area.
