How to Fill NCC Enrollment Form
- Carefully read the instructions provided on the form to understand the requirements and guidelines.
- Enter your name, date of birth, gender, and other personal details as required. Make sure the information matches your official documents.
- Provide details of your current educational institution, class, and previous academic records accurately.
- Enter the necessary details about your parent or guardian, including their name, occupation, and contact information.
- Fill in your health status, mentioning any medical conditions, allergies, or any medication you are on.
- Attach a recent passport-size photograph in the designated space on the form.
- Sign the form where required, and ensure your parent/guardian also signs the consent section.
