Navodaya Form 2024
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) conducts admissions to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). JNVs are co-educational residential schools affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and aim to provide quality education to talented children predominantly from rural areas.
A Candidate is allowed to apply for JNVST only once. During verification of the registration Data, if it is found that the Candidate had applied in previous years, the Candidature of the Candidate will be rejected.

Important Dates for Navodaya Exam for Class 6th
- Last Date to apply – 16-09-2024.
- Downloading of Admit Card – Will be Communicated Later.

Navodaya Form 2024 – Eligibility
- Candidates who are bonafide residents of the district and studying in class V in the academic session 2022-23 in Govt./Govt. recognized school in the same district where JNV is functioning and to which they are seeking admission.
- Studied full academic sessions in each class and passed classes III & IV from Govt. / Govt. recognized school and born between 01.05.2011 to 30.04.2013 (Both dates inclusive)
JNV Selection Test for admission to Class-VI in JNVs for the academic session 2025-26 will be held in two phases as given below
- On Saturday, 12th April, 2025 at 11.30 A.M. in the States of Jammu and Kashmir
- On Saturday, 18th January, 2025 at 11.30 A.M
How to Apply for JNV (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya) Selection TestAdmission Form 2024
- The process for submission of application for the JNV Selection Test has been simplified through the online process at https://cbseitms.rcil.gov.in or directly click on this link.
- The eligible candidates have to fill up the online form and upload the certificate with the photograph along with the signatures of both candidates and/or their parents/guardians. The attachments should be uploaded in jpg format of the size between 10-100 kb only.
- In the case of candidates from NIOS, candidates should obtain a `B’ certificate and residence should be in the same district where he/she is seeking admission.
- The online platform is open source and free of cost. Application may be submitted from any source like desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet, etc.
Documents Required for Navodaya Vidyalaya Form 2025 for Class 6
- Candidate’s signature. (Size of signature should be between 10-100 kb.)
- Parent’s signature. (Size of signature should be between 10-100 kb.)
- Candidate’s photograph. (Size of image should be between 10-100 kb.)
- Certificate signed by parent & candidate and verified by Headmaster. (Size of image should be between 50-300 kb.)
- Residence Certificate of the parent Issued by competent Government Authority if candidate does not possess Aadhaar Number
