हिमाचल प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों में 7,852 अंशकालिक बहु-कार्य कर्मियों की भर्ती की प्रक्रिया के लिए, सरकार उपमंडल अधिकारी (सिविल) की अध्यक्षता में एक चयन समिति नियुक्त करेगी। नियुक्तियां करने से पहले विज्ञापन स्कूल और ग्राम पंचायत के नोटिस बोर्ड पर चस्पा किए जाएंगे। इन मल्टी टास्क वर्कर्स का चयन 30 अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। इस भर्ती के क्रियान्वयन के लिए एसडीएम की अध्यक्षता वाली चयन समिति में प्रखंड प्रारंभिक शिक्षा अधिकारी/प्राचार्य/प्रधानाध्यापक सचिव होंगे जबकि विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष को सदस्य बनाया जाएगा।

• चयन 30 अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। जिसमें कार्यकर्ता के घर से स्कूल की दूरी के आधार पर दस नंबर होंगे।
• इसमें आवेदक को डेढ़ किलोमीटर के दायरे में 10 नंबर दिए जाएंगे। दो किलोमीटर की दूरी पर 8 नंबर, तीन किलोमीटर की दूरी पर 6 नंबर, चार किलोमीटर की दूरी पर 4 नंबर और पांच किलोमीटर की दूरी पर 2 नंबर होंगे. साथ ही पांचवीं पास उम्मीदवार को पांच अंक मिलेंगे, आठवीं पास को आठ अंक मिलेंगे।
• विधवा या पति से अलग रहने वाली महिला को तीन नंबर मिलेंगे। स्कूल को जमीन देने वाले परिवार के सदस्य को तीन नंबर दिए जाएंगे। एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी, बीपीएल कोटे के आवेदकों को तीन अंक मिलेंगे। एक बेरोजगार परिवार के सदस्य को भी तीन नंबर मिलेंगे।

Only such candidates will be eligible to apply for the post of Part Time-Multi Task Worker, who are:-

• Citizen of India.
• Of a sound mind.
• Have never been involved in any act of criminal nature.
• Permanent resident of the village/Gram Panchayat/Urban local body of the area, in which the school is located, where the vacancy of Part Time-Multi Task Worker exists. The candidates belonging to such adjacent Gram Panchayats, where there is no GSSS/GHS/GMS/GPS shall have the opportunity with him/to apply for the post of Part-Time Multi-Task Worker falling vacant in the equivalent school situated in the adjacent Panchayats.
• In case eligible candidates are not available in the village/Gram Panchayat/Urban local body of the area, in which the school is located, then applications from candidates belonging to immediately adjacent Panchayats may be called.

Multi-Task Worker in School HP Form 2025 – How to Apply

• The candidates will have to apply for appointment as Part Time-Multi Task workers on plain paper, along with self-attested photocopies of certificates to the concerned Block Elementary Education Officer/Deputy Director who will compile all the applications and send them to the chairman of the selection committee on or before the last date of submitting the applications for the post of Part Time-Multi Task Worker.
• The documents of the applicant shall be verified with the originals at the time of counseling. The candidates will have to paste one self-attested latest passport size photograph on the application form.
