Institution Verification Form for Scholarship
Institution Verification form is required for the applicant to be admitted into any Institution for study and this verification is done by the institute that the students have not changed their course and the institute of the study for which the scholarship was originally awarded.
How to Fil Institution Verification Form
- Name of the Candidates
- Course Name
- Last year’s marks details
- Fee details for the current year
- Signature of the head of the institution or college
(i) The verification by the institution is mandatory for consideration of the application.
(ii) Students are directed to take the printout of the ‘Institution Verification Form’ get it verified by their institution, and scan & upload it”, to apply for a minority Scholarship.
