g-1145 form E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

Use this form to request an electronic notification (e-Notification) when U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services accepts your immigration application. This service is available for applications filed at a USCIS Lockbox facility.
The G-1145 is only meant to be filed with applications that USCIS accepts for processing at one of its lockboxes (again, this includes all marriage green card applications).
There is no cost to use Form G-1145, and it’s use is totally optional. USCIS will also mail a notice to the filer to inform them that the primary form was accepted or rejected.
