- Enter the required details on the ‘Citizen Profile’ form and click the ‘Update’ button.
- Click on the ‘Request a New Service’ option.
- Click the ‘Domicile Certificate’ option and the ‘Continue To Service’ button.
- The ‘Request ID’ and ‘Application Number’ will be displayed on the screen. Click the ‘Continue’ button.
- Enter the required details, upload the documents, select the checkbox and click the ‘Submit’ button.
