  • Enter the details, such as full name and address, upload a photograph and click the ‘Update’ button.
  • Enter the required details on the ‘Citizen Profile’ form and click the ‘Update’ button.
  • Click on the ‘Request a New Service’ option.
  • Click the ‘Domicile Certificate’ option and the ‘Continue To Service’ button.
  • The ‘Request ID’ and ‘Application Number’ will be displayed on the screen. Click the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Enter the required details, upload the documents, select the checkbox and click the ‘Submit’ button.
