Bonafide Certificate Form Rajasthan 2024
The fide certificate serves as proof of residency, educational affiliation, or any other purpose specified in the application. It may be required for various purposes, including educational admissions, employment, government services, or scholarship applications.
The bonified/domicile certificate is to be issued by the concerned authority of the State Government/Union Territory to certify that the person bearing the certificate is a domicile/resident of the State/Union Territory to whom the certificate is being issued.
How to Make a Bonafide Certificate in Rajasthan
- Applicants should visit e-Mitra, also known as Common Service Centers (CSC), and get the bonafide certificate application.
- You can also visit the Tahsildar’s office or the municipality office and get the application form.
- You must fill out the form and submit it to the respective office with the documents.
- The office will issue a receipt number that is required to track the application status.
Documents Required for Bonafide Certificate Form Rajasthan
आवेदन पत्र के साथ निम्न दस्तावेज भी संलग्न करें :-
- आवेदक के दो नवीनतम फोटो जिसमें से एक फोटो आवेदन पत्र पर चिपकाएं (स्टेपल नहीं करे ) तथा दूसरी फोटो आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न करें।
- संबंधित शपथ-पत्र ( शपथ-पत्र मे असत्य तथ्य वर्णित करना भारतीय दण्ड संहिता (आईपीसी) की धारा 193 के अधीन तीन वर्ष तक के कारावास एवं अर्थदण्ड से दण्डनीय है ।)
- साक्ष्य के अनुसार जो साक्ष्य लागू हो उससे संबंधित दस्तावजे ।
- उत्तरदायी व्यक्ति (संसद सदस्य, विधान सभा सदस्य राजपत्रित अधिकारी, जिला प्रमुख, प्रधान, जिला परिषद सदस्य, सरपंच, ग्राम सेवक, पटवारी, महापौर, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष, नगर निगम सदस्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी, बीट प्रभारी (पुलिस) का प्रमाण पत्र जिस उसकी मोहर या राजकीय सेवा का पहचान पत्र ।
