Required Documents for Aadhaar Form 18

• SSLC Certificate/Book
• PAN Card
• A DOB Certificate on letterhead issued by a Group A Gazetted Officer
• Marksheet issued by any University or Government Board

You can only enroll once for an Aadhaar card. Multiple enrollments will result in rejection. The waiting time for Aadhaar is 180 days after receipt of enrolment data packets in CIDR
