How to Fill SBI MF Common Transaction Form
- Enter your Folio Number.
- Fill in the Name of the First Applicant as per your folio.
- Provide your PAN and confirm your KYC status.
- Select the mutual fund Scheme Name and Option (Growth/Dividend).
- Tick the appropriate box for Transaction Type (Purchase, Additional Purchase, Redemption, Switch).
- Enter the Amount (in INR) or Number of Units you wish to transact.
- For purchases, fill in the Cheque/DD Number, Date, Amount, and the bank details from which the payment will be made.
- Enter your Bank Account Number linked to the mutual fund.
- Provide the Bank Name, Branch, and IFSC Code.
- Read the Declaration section carefully.
- Sign the form in the Signatures section. Ensure all applicants sign as per the mode of holding (single/joint).
