KSRTC Student Bus Pass Form – How to Apply
To get the passes students have to apply through Sevasindhu portal by following the due procedure:
- Students shall apply for pass through online Sevasindhu portal only.Sevasindhu portal ID is URL-https://sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in/buspassservices/
- Students can submit bus pass applications from 31.05.2024 in Sevasindhu portal free of cost.
- Students can also submit applications Karnataka-One, Grama-One & Bangalore-One centers. They will have to pay Rs.30/- as service charge at the above centers, as per the directions of the Govt.
- Students should download the Declaration Form from the sevasindhu portal or KSRTC website (https://ksrtc.karnataka.gov.in/student pass) and submit the same while applying the Student Pass.
- On approval of student pass application, SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of students indicating the name / address of the counter to collect the pass. Passes will be issued from 01.06.2024 at the designated Pass counters.
- Students shall visit the designated counters at KSRTC bus stands, Karnataka one and Grama one counters and collect the bus pass by paying the prescribed fee. Fees can be paid through Cash/Debit card/Credit card/UPI.
- Government of Karnataka is providing free travel facility to all women residents of Karnataka state (including girl students and Transgenders) under the Shakti Scheme.Girl students residing in neighbouring states attending schools / Colleges in the State of Karnataka and those students residing in Karnataka state attending schools / Colleges in neighbouring state, are required to apply and obtain student concessional bus passes for travelling in KSRTC buses. Procedure as explained above needs to be followed by such students.
