Operation Sindoor (2025)
Operations Sindoor, which was launched on May 7, 2025, was a retaliatory strike by Indian forces targeting terror camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). It came in response to the Pahalgam attack on April 22, which killed 26 civilians, mostly Hindu pilgrims. India held Pakistan-based outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed responsible.
