PM Awas Yojana Form 2024

This is an application form for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) issued by the Central Government for the people for the purchase of House/Flat, Construction of House on the site owned, Purchase of flats under construction and Repairing work and addition of rooms, kitchen, toilet, etc. to existing dwelling Kucha unit requiring extensive renovation to make Pucca House for EWS/LIG beneficiaries.

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना भारत सरकार की एक पहल है जिसमें 31 मार्च 2022 तक 2 करोड़ किफायती घर बनाने के लक्ष्य के साथ शहरी गरीबों को किफायती आवास प्रदान किया जाएगा। प्रधान मंत्री आवास योजना – शहरी (पीएमएवाई-यू), भारत सरकार का एक प्रमुख मिशन, जिसे आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय (एमओएचयूए) द्वारा कार्यान्वित किया जा रहा है, 25 जून 2015 को शुरू किया गया था।

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Form – Eligibility Criteria

EWS/LIG

  • An applicant/family/household should not own a pucca house in any part of the country either in his name or any of his family member’s name
  • An applicant must not have availed any central/state assistance under any housing scheme from the Government of India ever
  • One adult female membership is mandatory in the property ownership
  • Property should be co-owned by a female member of the family
  • Location of the property should fall under all statutory towns as per the 2011 census and their adjacent planning area (updated by the government from time to time)

MIG

  • Applicant must not own a pucca house either in his/her name or in the name of any member of his/her family in any part of India
  • Applicant must not have availed any central/state assistance under any housing scheme from the Government of India ever
  • Adult female membership ownership in the property is desirable
  • Location of the property should fall under all statutory towns as per the 2011 census and or adjacent planning area (updated by the government from time to time)

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया

यदि आप Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana के तहत आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, तो इसके लिए आपको नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करना होगा।

  • सबसे पहले आपको इसका आवेदन फॉर्म प्राप्त करना होगा। फॉर्म डाउनलोड करने के लिए आप नीचे दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
  • यहां से फॉर्म डाउनलोड करने के बाद आपको इसमें पूछी गयी सभी जानकारी सही से भरनी होंगी।
  • जानकारी भरने के बाद आपको मांगे फये आवश्यक दस्तावेज फॉर्म के साथ संलग्न करने होंगे। और आवेदन फॉर्म को संबंधित विभाग के कार्यलय में जमा करना होगा।
  • इसके बाद आपके आवेदन की जाँच की जाएगी जाँच में आपके द्वारा दी गयी जानकारी सही पाए जाने पर आपको आवास योजना के तहत लाभ प्रदान किया जायेगा।

  • Driving License
  • Photo Credit Card
  • Photo Identity card issued by Govt. body
  • Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity of the customer with photograph (not more than 30 days old)

Address Proof for PMAY Application

  • Voter Card
  • Aadhar Card
  • Valid Passport
  • Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity and residence of the customer
  • Latest Utility bill
  • Rent agreement on stamp Paper
  • Bank Statements reflecting the address of borrowers of any commercial nationalized bank
  • Credit Card Statement not older than 3 months
  • Life Insurance Policy
  • Residence address Certificate /letter by the employer on company letterhead
  • Copy of Sale Deed of the property (residence), if owned
  • Municipal or property tax receipt
  • Post office saving bank account statement
  • Pension or family pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by Govt. departments or Public Sector Undertakings, if they contain the address
  • Letter of allotment of accommodation from employer issued by State or Central Govt. departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, and public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions, and listed companies. Similarly, leave and license agreements with such employers allotting official accommodation
  • Documents issued by Govt. departments of foreign jurisdiction and letter issued by Foreign Embassy or Mission in India

Proof of income

  • Last 2 months’ salary slip
  • Last 6 months bank statement of salaried account
  • Latest Form 16 / ITR

Other documents: Documents related to running loans along with 6 months repayment bank statements

Property Documents

  1. Copy of complete chain documents of the property (as applicable)
  2. Copy of Agreement to Sell (if executed)
  3. Copy of the Allotment Letter / Buyer Agreement(if applicable)
  4. Copy of Receipt/(s) of payment/(s) made to the developer (if applicable)
