Vishwakarma Puja Mantra in Odia
Vishwakarma Puja is referred to in the Mahabharata as “the lord of the arts, executor of a thousand handicrafts, the carpenter of the gods, the most eminent of artisans, the fashioner of all ornaments, and a great and immortal god.” He has four hands, a crown, a ton of gold jewelry, and he’s holding a water pot, a book, a noose, and some tools for a craftsman.
Vishwakarma Puja
- Hindus widely regard Vishwakarma as the god of architecture and engineering, and September 16 or 17 every year is celebrated as Vishwakarma Puja — a resolution time for workers and craftsmen to increase productivity and gain divine inspiration for creating novel products.
- This ritual usually takes place within the factory premises or shop floor, and the otherwise mundane workshops come alive with fiesta. Vishwakarma Puja is also associated with the buoyant custom of flying kites.
- This occasion in a way also marks the start of the festive season that culminates in Diwali.

ଗଣେଶ ଚିନ୍ତନ
ଓଁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଗଣେଶାୟ ନମଃ, ଅବିଘ୍ନମସ୍ତ ସୁମୁଖ ଶ୍ଳୋକ ଦନ୍ତଶ୍ଚ,
କପିଳୋ ଗଜ କଣ୍ଠକ ଇମ୍ବୋଦରଶ୍ଚ ବିକଟୋ ବିଘ୍ନନାଶେ ବିନାୟକଃ । ୧ ।
ଧୂମକେତୁ ଗଣାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ଭାଲଚନ୍ଦ୍ରା ଗଜାନନଃ ନାମାନି, ଯଃ ପଠେତ୍ ଶୃଣୁୟାଦପି। ୨ ।
ବିଦ୍ୟାରମ୍ଭ ବିବାହେବ, ପ୍ରବେଶ ନିର୍ଗମେ ତଥା ସଂଗ୍ରାମେ ସକଟେର୍ଚିବ,
ବିଘ୍ନସ୍ତସ୍ୟ ନ ଜାୟତେ ।୩। ବକ୍ରତୁଣ୍ଡ ମହାକାୟ,
କୋଟି ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମପ୍ରଭ ନିର୍ବିଘ୍ନ କୁରୁମେ ଦେବ, ସର୍ବକାର୍ଯ୍ୟଷୁ ସର୍ବଦା ।୪।
