DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Brochure
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) announced the a total of 5,400 housing units will be available at 2023 prices, starting at around Rs 29 lakh, located in areas like Jasola, Lok Nayak Puram, and Narela. The DDA plans to offer approximately 173 premium flats in Delhi as part of a larger initiative, including 40,000 flats.

Documents Required for DDA Housing Scheme 2024
To apply for the DDA Housing Scheme, the following documents are required:
- Self-attested copy of PAN card
- Identity proof: One of the following is acceptable:
- Passport
- Government ID card
- Driving license
- Ration card
- Aadhar card
- Proof of residence: Self-attested copies of any of the following:
- Electricity bill
- Water bill
- Telephone bill
- Income proof: Required for the EWS category applicants.
- Caste certificate: If applicable.
- Handicapped certificate: If applicable.
- Self-attested copy of bank account passbook
- Duly filled affidavit
DDA Housing Scheme 2024 payment process
To make payments for DDA flats, follow these steps:
- Start by generating an e-challan through the official DDA payment portal.
- Payments can be made online using net banking, RTGS, or NEFT from the allotter’s account via a particular family member’s account.
- It’s also possible to avail of a housing loan by mortgaging the flat through DDA-recognised institutions.
- Individuals with disabilities have the option to pay in cash or through instalments.
Or one can make the payments online:
- Visit the DDA Housing Scheme website and click on the “Payments” link.
- Select the property type (DDA Flats, DDA Plots, etc.).
- Once done, proceed with your online payment by following the instructions.
- Enter your login details, including your mobile number, challan number, and captcha code, to complete the payment.
DDA Housing Application Form Process 2024
- Interested individuals can visit the official DDA website at https://eservices.dda.org.in/ to access all relevant details, such as the size of the flats, layout plans, locations, and other relevant information.
- Applicants must deposit an application fee based on the category
- EWS – Rs. 10000/-
- LIG – Rs. 15000/-
- The application money paid will be credited toward the cost of the flat. However, in the event of surrender or cancellation, the application money will not be refunded.
- Applicants can apply online and choose a specific flat on a ‘First Come, First Serve’ basis.
- When an applicant selects a specific flat online, they will be given 30 minutes to deposit the “application money” online. During these 30 minutes, the flat will not be available for selection by other persons. Once the application money is paid, the flat is reserved for that applicant.
